SURFACE PREPARATION
Before Application of grout, Epoxy Grout, Tile Adhesive, Waterproofing. Crack and Sealant
- All concrete and steel surfaces must be clean, dry and free from any contaminants such as all loose concrete, dust, oil, wax, grease, curing component or other substances that may affect adhesion performance, must be thoroughly cleaned with the help of wire brush, vacuum cleaner, scrubber. Remove excess and standing water with cloth and sponge.
- Use of HIR SBR bond is necessary to provide better strength to the concrete repair material.
- Make sure the surface is not too smooth, roughing any surface because the rough surface gives a firm grip.
